Exmark and its sister brand, Z Turf Equipment, announced several new and redesigned lawn care machines on October 21 at the Equip Exposition trade show in Louisville, Kentucky. The lineup includes updated stand-on and zero-turn mowers for commercial and residential use, a new stand-on blower, and a custom mower giveaway commemorating America's 250th anniversary.
The announcements include equipment intended for properties ranging from small residential lawns to larger acreages and commercial landscaping jobs.
Exmark's redesigned 2027 Vertex E-Series stand-on mower is available with 32- or 36-inch UltraCut Series 3 cutting decks. The decks use flow-control baffles and are formed and welded from seven-gauge steel, with sealed, maintenance-free spindles.
The mower's operator platform sits low between the drive wheels to provide stability, visibility, and control. Isolation bumpers suspend the platform to reduce vibration-related fatigue.
Power comes from a Kawasaki FX651V V-twin engine with a heavy-duty air cleaner. Hydro-Gear ZT-3100 transmissions and 20-inch drive tires support forward speeds of up to 7.5 miles per hour. The 13-inch caster semi-pneumatic tires are designed to ease curbing and reduce turf compaction and damage when turning.
The design also provides access to the engine and hydro drive system through an open layout and a tip-out operator pad to simplify routine maintenance.

The redesigned 2027 Radius X-Series zero-turn mower is designed for larger lawns and acreages. It is available with 52- or 60-inch UltraCut Series 4 cutting decks and Kawasaki FX-series V-twin commercial engines.
The mower features a high-strength welded steel unibody chassis, redesigned side pods, and an adjustable full-suspension seat. Hydro-Gear ZT3400 integrated transmissions provide forward speeds of up to 10 miles per hour, while a seven-gallon fuel tank extends runtime between fill-ups.
The UltraCut Series 4 side-discharge decks use flow-control baffles to direct airflow beneath the deck. Adjustable double-capture anti-scalp wheels are designed to increase durability, and the drop-pin cutting-height system is compatible with Exmark's Adapt tool-free deck rake adjustment system, available as an aftermarket accessory.
Maintenance updates include an automatic parking brake that engages when the control arms return to neutral, a tool-free removable floor pan, removable deck belt shields, and sealed-bearing blade spindles that eliminate the need for regular spindle maintenance.

Exmark also refreshed its Quest family of residential zero-turn mowers for 2027. The updated models are intended for small- to medium-size properties and incorporate features used on the company's commercial mowers.
The Quest X-Series is the largest and most powerful model in the Quest lineup. It has a 24-horsepower Exmark V-twin engine, a high-strength steel unibody chassis, and a choice of 50- or 54-inch fabricated and welded Exmark Series 2 cutting decks.
A suspended deck and drop-pin cutting-height adjustment system are designed to provide a consistent cut across challenging terrain. The mower reaches forward speeds of up to eight miles per hour and has a five-gallon fuel tank. Exmark identifies lawns of up to three acres as a suitable application for the model.
The Quest E-Series is the more affordable of the two models. It uses a 22-horsepower Exmark V-twin engine and is available with 42- or 50-inch Exmark Series 2 cutting decks. Its integrated Hydro-Gear transmissions provide forward speeds of up to seven miles per houru.
Both Quest models have an automatic parking brake that engages when the drive levers return to the park position. Exmark also describes the models as designed for quick and easy maintenance.

Z Turf Equipment introduced the Z-Turbo stand-on zero-turn blower for clearing leaves, lawn debris, and light snow. The machine uses a turbine-style blower and a Vanguard Big Block V-twin engine capable of producing up to 9,600 cubic feet per minute (CFM).
The engine and blower turbine sit on an isolated subframe designed to reduce machine vibration. A front-mounted nozzle articulates up to 180 degrees to direct airflow, while clear sight lines help operators see the area being cleared.
Dual Hydro-Gear integrated transmissions and a pivoting front axle support traction and maneuverability. The machine reaches forward ground speeds of up to 8.5 mph. According to Z Turf Equipment, the turbine-style design also produces lower sound output than existing impeller-style blowers.
Z Turf Equipment is part of the Exmark family of products and manufactures commercial lawn care equipment, including spreader-sprayers and aerators.

Exmark also announced a giveaway of a custom USA250-themed Lazer Z X-Series zero-turn mower created to commemorate America's 250th anniversary.
The entry period runs through December 12, 2026. Entries can be submitted in person at the Equip Exposition trade show in October or at Cowboy Christmas in December. Online entry is also available through Exmark's USA250 webpage. Attendance at either event is not required to enter or win.
The custom mower features red, white, and blue bodywork, America 250-themed graphics, and a deluxe full-suspension seat. Its equipment includes a Kawasaki FX850V engine, a 60-inch UltraCut Series 6 side-discharge cutting deck with Adapt tool-free deck rake adjustment, front and side LED lighting, and Parker unitized transmissions. The mower reaches forward ground speeds of up to 11.5 miles per hour.
Exmark plans to display the mower at select events across the country, including Equip Exposition and Cowboy Christmas.
